Atlas SEO is a digital marketing agency that specialises in high-end link building and content production.

The company was founded in January 2020 and we have enjoyed excellent growth since. We currently have over 40 people in our offices, and are undergoing a major period of expansion.

As a fast-expanding and relatively young company, we’re looking for individuals who have drive and would be interested in working their way up in a company with new opportunities constantly arising!

  • Provide onsite and remote support to ensure effective and efficient incident response
  • Log end-user issues and service fulfillment requests using the Jira Service Desk system
  • Collaborate with the global IT Team and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives
  • Creation / Deactivation of user accounts for new employees, including email, network, and application access
  • Ensure that new employees have the necessary hardware and software licenses. Retrieve company-owned equipment from departing employees
  • Maintain an Inventory of IT Assets and manage software licenses to ensure compliance
  • Set up and maintain operating environments on end-user workstations, including operating systems and approved software (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
  • Ensure operating systems and office applications are regularly updated with latest security and functionality updates, according to the organisational patch cycle policy
  • Ensure that service fulfillment procedures, incident troubleshooting steps, systems setup implementation, and infrastructure setups are properly documented, updated and followed
  • Ensure that all office setups, ranging from end-user workstation systems to back-end applications, are properly secured following the organisational IT security policies and industry best practices
  • Ensure that security tools are regularly updated with the latest security patches and definitions
  • Assisting in purchasing Hardware and Software according to requirements
  • Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and procure IT services
  • Enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organisation's data and systems
  • Keep abreast of emerging security threats and technologies to adapt security tools and strategies accordingly
  • Conduct induction and other IT-related training sessions for company users when required
  • Manage and maintain all company project management tools such as Atlassian and Asana

Essential requirements

  • Excellent technical and hands-on working knowledge in Windows desktop operating systems, MacOS, and Linux
  • Working knowledge and experience to maintain and troubleshoot the following:
  • Active Directory (Users and Asset Management)
  • Group Policy Objects
  • Desktop and Server Hardware
  • G Suite Apps (Mail, Google Drive, etc..)
  • Atlassian (Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Insights)
  • Video Conferencing Systems based on Zoom

Favourable skills

  • Working knowledge of Azure AD and O365
  • Experience with JAMF (Enterprise management software for Apple Devices)
  • Ability to perform day-to-day operational tasks for the following:
  • Network switches and routers
  • Wireless access network setups
  • Experience in Virtualization (Hyper-V or Vmware)
  • Working knowledge of Backup Solutions such as Veeam or Altaro
  • Ability to follow the ITIL processes below:
  • Problem Management
  • Incident Management
  • Change Management
  • Service Asset and Configuration Management
  • Certifications from Microsoft (MCSA - Server 2016 or O365) and Cisco (CCNA)
